When They Go Hard We Go Harder

About Equal Justice Project
Equal Justice Project empowers families and communities to challenge injustice and wrongful convictions through education, advocacy, and strategic support. Founded by Wisdom Williams, a former federal paralegal with advanced legal training, our organization focuses on discovery access reform, attorney-client communication standards, community education, and responsible public awareness. We believe that every person deserves a real opportunity to understand and fight their case, and we work tirelessly to ensure that no one is pressured into guilty pleas without seeing discovery or having meaningful time with counsel.
We provide nationwide support by assisting families in organizing timelines, tracking discovery, identifying red flags, and understanding court processes. Our team builds connections with attorneys, law students, interns, and advocacy organizations to strengthen access to resources and accountability. We welcome families seeking support, as well as attorneys, students, and community partners who want to help improve fairness and access in the justice system. Together, we are creating a more just future where everyone has the tools and knowledge to advocate for themselves.
Our Services
Case Organization & Discovery Tracking
We help families organize critical case information, track discovery documents, identify red flags, and maintain comprehensive timelines. Our systematic approach ensures nothing is missed and families have complete visibility into their case materials.
Legal Education & Court Process Guidance
We provide community education and guidance on understanding court processes, legal rights, and advocacy strategies. Our educational programs empower individuals to navigate the justice system with confidence and knowledge.
Attorney & Resource Network Connection
We build and maintain connections between families and qualified attorneys, law students, interns, and advocacy organizations. Our network strengthens access to legal resources, professional support, and accountability within the justice system.

Public Relations & Advocacy Support for the Wrongfully Accused
We recognize that many incarcerated individuals lack not only legal resources, but also public visibility. When due process fails, silence can become another form of injustice. We offer Public Relations and Advocacy Support Services for inmates and families who believe their loved ones has been wrongfully accused or wrongfully convicted. We help bring clarity, organization, and awareness to cases that deserve to be seen and heard.
